Melbourne walking tour Excellent all round. Lovely to all and knowledge of the city

Informative tour with fantastic bars! I would highly recommend this awesome tour!
We met our incredible guide, Jay, at the QVMarkets and it was so much fun from the beginning.
We found this tour informative, entertaining and fabulous bars.
We enjoyed the history experience as well as our incredible Jay.

Great tour, great tastings, great staff!! Loved every minute! Bridgette really knew her stuff and was full of lots of interesting stories and facts about the history of gin and whiskey in Australia. A fantastic selection of tastings and all the staff we met were so welcoming! Would definitely recommend!!

Definitely the drinking tour to book I had an amazing time with Maria on my tour! The bars were unique, cozy, and well selected and I learned a lot about Melbourne's history. Sometimes the tour doesn't stop there either, being a solo traveller and having no plans for the rest of the night, Maria invited me to dinner with herself and a friend, and I got a few more bar recommendations along the way. All in all, the tour was exactly what I was hoping it would be and was absolutely worth doing, especially if you have Maria as a guide!

A spine-chilling time! Had a blast with this tour! Maria did an excellent job taking us through unique locations in the Melbourne CBD and telling creepy, engaging and surprising stories. All the locations were exceptional and fit the vibes of the night very well. Would recommend!

Fantastic Experience! A surprise present for my partner - we loved every minute of the Creepy Tales tour. Jay (aka S-Jay) was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and entertaining. The bars (and cocktails) were also amazing. We highly recommend DHT. We cannot wait to book with Jay again!

Exceptional! Highly recommend! I had such an amazing time on the creepy tales tour. It helped me to view Melbourne in a completely different way. Tess was such a friendly, fun and informative guide. The bars we visited were incredible, with some of the best cocktails I've ever tried. And the banter between Tess and her colleague Jay was truly top notch and really added to the overall experience. What marvellous humans they are. I would 100% recommend this tour!

Newts critique of Jay Jay WAS the tour and Melbourne showed us around Jays vivid imagination. Aside from his historic recall and his amiable disposition, Jays facts and theories filled Melbourne’s inanimate with energy and vibrations of years past. And his choice of bars was perfect.

Great tour of places I would have never been with new friends. Maria our tour guide was very knowledgeable of the history of bars and hotels. She was also friendly and extremely helpful. It was interesting tour that took us to places we did t know despite having travelled to Melbourne on many other occasions. Our group stayed and talked well beyond the set tour time and left feeling like friends.

Creepy sure, worth it? Absolutely! Tessa was an amazing guide - friendly, knowledgeable and interesting in the people and their stories on the tour.
Small intimate group of people, the stops were perfect - unique, well hidden and interesting. The reservations were made at each stop so no waiting.

Highly recommended Tour guide Jay was fantastic- knowledgeable and an all round good bloke! Sure got my steps in for the day and stayed hydrated Amazing little bars you’d never find on your own and laneways you’d never walk down!

A great way to see the city A really fun way to see a side of Melbourne we didn't know about, and get to visit some really cool bars along the way. Tom was great, and the time allowed at the bars was perfect. The walk is not too taxing and when you finish for the night you can stay at the last bar and continue socialising with those you've met on the tour. I would highly recommend!

Stories, Speakeasies & Street Art With Cocktails My husband and I spent an evening on a walking history tour of Melbourne with our guide Maria, and it turned out to be one of the most fun ways to explore the city. She shared the origins of Melbourne with plenty of personality, led us through colourful artwork tucked into hidden laneways, and AC/DC Lane and Hosier Lane were clear highlights. Along the way she pointed out secret speakeasy locations, walked us through the old red light district, showed historic theatres and an old-school men’s club, and kept the night moving with cocktails at several bars. After the tour they sent us maps and local tips for the rest of our time in Melbourne, which was a really nice touch. Great stories, great walk, great way to see a different side of the city — highly recommend.

Amazing tour with Jay Jay was an amazing tour guide and story teller! Despite living in Melbourne my whole life, I learned so much about the history and visited some cool bars along the way. Couldn’t recommend this enough!

Laneways Discovery Tour. We thoroughly enjoyed our hidden bars and laneways tour. We saw quirky and interesting parts of our great city that we hadn’t seen before; and enjoyed a drink at a few bars that we would never have found ourselves. The tour was made all the more enjoyable by our personable and knowledgeable tour guide Jay.

Fabulous tour Bridgette was fabulous! We had a wonderful night - learnt so much about Melbourne, visited places we would never have seen on our own, and met some fabulous people. Bridgette was a wealth of knowledge about Melbourne, bars and alcohol - and also cricket (all of which appealed to us!)

A Wonderful Way To Learn More About Melbourne This tour was rich in history and culture. Tess our guide created a great comradery among the group from the outset, and had a great knack of engaging with each and every person. The tour itself and the historical information provided was fascinating. I laughed, at times head a tear in my eye and with Tess' descriptions was really able to imagine what the scene must have been like with each tale. A great way to explore Melbourne’s history A great tour with a very knowledgeable guide in Jay. We went as a family group of 11 and had a great time exploring hidden laneways and bars. Would highly recommend going in this tour.

Great tour leader, informative and fun! On arrival, I was greeted by Jay with a big smile. Jay was super welcoming and approachable. He made me feel quite comfortable and introduced everyone in the group to eachother. During the tour, we visited 3 bars and had a bunch of stops inbetween to talk about historical events and tales of the area. Jay was super knowledgeable and answered any questions the group had along the way. He kept our spirits high despite the rain and made sure we had a laugh along the way. Great tour and leader, would recommend to others!

Interesting stories of Melbourne with an engaging guide! Tess lead us on a relaxed and entertaining stroll around Melbourne telling interesting stories of the cities past and present. Add into the fun we went into three unique bars. Tess was very engaging and knowledgeable and made all the guests welcome. I would recommend the tour!

Fun and interesting tour The tour was made so interesting by Tom who is an excellent story teller . The bars were awesome and learning some Melbourne history was great . The communication from the company was fantastic and kept us in the loop right down to the map where to meet and the link to the weather I would highly recommend this tour .
